Arrival & Departure

Check-in: 4:00 PM (Your custom entry code will be provided 24 hours before your arrival).
Check-out: 11:00 AM
Early Check-in / Late Check-out: This may be available upon request for an additional fee. Please inquire to see if we can accommodate for your specific dates.

Upon arrival, enter Kingsbury Manor by pressing the Yale logo on the lock, inputting your custom code, and pressing the checkmark. Note: The code does not work until 4:00 on the date of your arrival.

Please park only on the premises, utilizing the circular driveway, main driveway, or parking area near the garage. No overnight parking is allowed on the street.
A maximum of 8 vehicles is permitted, with a limit of vehicles carrying 15 passengers or fewer. Any vehicles that seat greater than 15 passengers Will Not be permitted onsite.

Before you leave, please help us with the following:
Wash all pots, and dishes, and start the dishwasher.
Remove all kitchen and stinky garbage throughout the house. The garbage cans are located on the side of the garage.
Please remove any food from the fridge, freezer, and pantry. If it wasn’t here when you arrived, please do not leave it.
Leave all beds that were used, unmade. You do not need to remake or strip the beds prior to departure.
Please gather all towels, load them in the washing machines, and start the load. The washing machines are pre-filled with detergent and will auto-dispense the proper amount.
Lastly, please inform us when you leave. Note that check-out is no later than 11:00 am on the day of check-out. With the size of the property, our cleaning crew needs all available time between check-out and check-in to turn over the property.
